The sizes listed below are a general guideline and if you have chosen a pattern that doesn't quite come out to any of these sizes don't worry, just adjust your pattern accordingly by adding or taking out extra squares, or adding on a border, etc.
Infant/baby 36 x 42
Child/Youth 48 x 60
Single 60 x 72
Double 72 x 84
Once again please keep in mind if you are going to make a larger size quilt, remember the men!
