Guild Newsletter Guidelines:

• Submissions are generally due noon - Thursday prior to Guild Meeting
• Please proof read; newsletter staff may edit your copy.
• Please do not format your document; i.e., no 'bolding', no 'underlining', no 'italics'.
• Photos are very welcome; please pick the best of your best for submission

Advertising Opportunities: Please contact the Guild

• Individual monthly advertising, or annual rates
• 10 Newsletters published per year, September to June 2015
• Over 90 guild members receive the monthly newsletter by email
• Advertising Deadlines - 1st of each month
• Advertising must be prepaid in advance
• Artwork works best if submitted as jpeg file

To access the files

1. click on the 'zip file'
2. Microsoft question:  Open File or Save:   "OPEN"
3. A WinZip box appears, click on the "Use Evaluation Version" and the file will open.
4. Double click on the pictures to view.
